490 before he attain the Age of Twenty One years then in such case the above s.d Land premisses & appurtenances and every part of the same shall be & Remain to the said Philip Thomas his heirs and assignes for ever and that the s.d Philip Thomas his heirs and assignes shall be and stand seized of the said Land premisses & appurtenances and every part thereof the same and have & enjoy an absolute estate in fee symple of and in the same any thing in these presents to the contrary notwithstanding In Testimoney whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this Twentyeth day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty three W.m Holland (sea) Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of Tho.s Holland Jn.o Bickerton Geo Taylor On the back of the aforegoing instrum.t was thus written viz.t Memorandum On the Twentyeth Day of June Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and Twenty three came the w.thin named W.m Holland Esq.r before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court and in Due form of Law acknowledged the within Deed & the Land and Premisses & appurtenances therein menconed to be the Right of the within named W.m Thomas and in case of his Death as w.thin menconed to the w.thin named Philip Thomas and his heirs for ever & at the same time alsoe came Eliz.a the wife of the s.d W.m and did according to an act of assembly in that case made acknowledge the within Land and premisses as above said W.m Lock Recorded 7.th Aug.t 1723 |
