489 Consideration me hereunto moveing have Given Granted and Confirmed unto the said W.m Thomas & to his said heirs and assignes for ever all that Tract or parcell of Land called Locust Thicket as the same is Discribed in the Lord Proprys Letters Pattent or Grant to a certain Rich.d Owing of Ann.ll County afd bearing Date the Eighteenth day of Feb.ry in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred & Eighty Eight and in order to make unto him the said W.m Thomas son of the afd Philip Tho.s an absolute Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee symple in and to the said Land Doe by these presents freely and clearly and absolutely Give Grant & Confirm unto him the said W.m Thomas and to his heirs & assignes for ever all the above said Tract or parcell of Land called Locust Thicket together w.th all and singular the Timber houses Edifices buildings Cultivations & Improvement of what nature or kind soever to the same inciendent or in anywise appertaining and the Reversion or Reversions of all and singular the premisses and appurtenances and every part of the same To have and to hold the s.d Land premisses and appurtenances and every part of them to him the said W.m Thomas and to his heirs & assignes for ever to be held of the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees thereof by the Rents & services thereof Due and of Right accustomed Provided Nevertheless and it is hereby Declared to be the true intent and meaning of these presents that if the said W.m Thomas should happen to Dye (before) |
