       The within Mentioned Benjamin Freeman acknowledges the
       within instrument as his Act and Deed to the uses therein
       Mentioned according to Law Also the within Mentioned Mary
       the wife of the s.d Benjamin is privately examined out of
       the hearing of her said husband and acknowledged the
       same instrument as her Act and Deed and that she makes
       the same acknowledgement willingly and freely and w.thout
       being induced thereto by fear or threats of or ill usage by
       her husband or fear of his displeasure acknowledged as
       af.d according to act of assembly this sixteenth day of May
       Anno Dm Seventeen hundred & twenty three before me being
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court
