          the Estate thereby Made to cease determine and be void to all
       intents and purposes otherwise that Deed should be and continue in
       full force and effect as if the af.d proviso had never been made
       as by the same Deed of Indenture af.d Reference being thereto had
       may more at large appear   And whereas wee the said Benjamin
       Freeman and Mary Freeman have not paid the sum of
       Twenty pound nor the interest due thereon or any part thereof
       according to the Provisoe af.d or otherwise

       Now Know Yee that wee the said Benjamin Freeman
       and Mary Freeman for and in consideration of the premises
       as also for divers other good causes and considerations us
       thereunto moving have remised Released and for ever Quitted
       Claim And by these presents Do for us our heirs and assigns
       fully clearly and absolutely remise Release and for ever quitt
       claim unto the said Samuel Peele (in him full and peaceable
       possession being & seizin being) And to his Heirs & Assigns
       for ever all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand
       whatsoever whether the same be by any Equity of Redemption
       of the said Mortgaged Premises or otherwise which we the said
       Benjamin Freeman & Mary Freeman now have or which wee or
       our heirs at any time hereafter may or ought to have of in
       or to all the aforementioned part of Land & premises w.th their
       appurtenances To have and to hold the s.d Tract of land and
       premises w.th their appurtenances to the s.d Samuel Peele his
       Heirs and assigns for ever so that neither wee the s.d Benjamin
       Freeman and Mary Freeman nor our heirs nor any other
       person or persons for us or them in our or their name or names
       Right Title or stead nor any person whatsoever shall or may
       by any ways and means hereafter claim have challenge or
       Demand any Estate or Interest of in or to the same premises or
       any part thereof but from all Accons Right Estate Title Interest
       and Demand and also from all Equity of Redemption of in or
