487 To the aforementioned premises shall and will be utterly Excluded and Debarred for ever by these presents And wee the said Benjamin Freeman and Mary Freeman and our heirs the aforementioned Tract of Land and premises w.th their appurtenances and every part and percell thereof unto the s.d Samuel Peele his Heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use and behoof against us and our heirs and every other person or persons lawfully claiming by from or under us the s.d Benjamin Freeman and Mary Freeman and all other persons whatsoever shall and will warrend and for ever defend by these presents And Lastly wee the said Benjamin Freeman and Mary Freeman and our heirs shall and will at any time hereafter at the Reasonable Request Cost and Charges in the law of the him the Said Samuel Peele his Heirs and assigns Make do Acknowledge Suffer and Execute or Cause to be made Done Suffered Acknowledged and Executed all and every Such further and other Reasonable act and acts thing or Things Device or Devices assurance or assurances in the law whatsoever as by the s.d Samuel Peele his heirs or assigns or him or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised Advised or Required for the better and more absolute assurance Surety and Sure Makeing of All and Singular the premises according to the true Intent and Meaning of these presents In Wittness whereof wee have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals sixteenth day of May in the year of our Lord God 1723 her Margarett (seal) Freeman Benjamin (Seal) Freeman Mark |
