       To all persons to whom these presents shall
       come Benjamin Freeman of Ann Arundell County
       planter & Mary his wife Send Greeting whereas we the
       said Benjamin Freeman & Mary Freeman heretofore by Deed
       of Indenture Duly Acknowledged and Recorded in the Lands
       Records of Ann Arundell County Court bearing Date the
       thirteenth Day of October Anno Dm Seventeen hundred &
       nineteen for the consideration of twenty pounds to us in
       hand paid by Samuel Peele of Ann Arundell County Merch.t
       bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto the s.d Samuel
       Peele all that part or parcell of Land which a certain David
       Maclefresh the Father of abovesaid Mary party to these
       presents left and bequeathed by his last will & Testament
       unto his s.d Daughter Mary and her heirs for ever viz.t
       one hundred and three acres and a half of land out of
       the Tract called Crossess Forrest lying near Patuxent
       River And in Baltemore County containing three hundred
       fifty and Seven Acres As by the said will Reference
       thereto had may more at large appear To have and to
       hold the af.d Land and premises w.th their appurtenances
       unto him the said Samuel Peele his heirs and assigns
       for ever w.th a condition or proviso thereto subscribed
       that in case wee the Said Benjamin Freeman and Mary
       Freeman our heirs or assigns should at or before the twenty
       fifth day of December which should be in the year of
       our Lord Seventeen hundred and twenty two pay or cause to
       be paid unto the said Samuel Peele his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs
       the full and just sum of Twenty pound w.th lawfull interest
       that then the s.d Deed and every clause and article therein and
