       Leases Mortgages Wills Uses Entails Judgments Extents
       Rents and Arrearages of Rent And all former and other
       Estates Titles Troubles Debts Charges and Incumbrances w.tsoever
       had made comitted or done or to be had made comitted or done
       by the s.d George Clagatt or any other person or persons
       whatsoever The Rents and services hereafter to become due
       to the Cheif Lord of the Fee (of whom the same is to be held
       only excepted and foreprized) And the said plantation
       and eight hundred acres of Land so butted & bounded
       as aforesaid being part of the said Tract called Clagatts
       Forrest And all the hereby And all the hereby granted
       premises the said George Clagatt for him his heirs
       Ex.rs Adm.rs unto the said Samuel Chew his heirs &
       assigns against all persons whatsoever for ever
       will warrant and defend by these presents and the said
       George Clagatt for himself his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Doth
       by these presents further covenant grant and agree to &
       with the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns That
       he the said George Clagatt and all claiming or that
       shall claim by from or under him the said George shall &
       will at all times hereafter upon the reasonable request &
       at the cost & charges in the Law of the said Samuel Chew
       his Heirs and Assigns Make and grant unto him & them
       such further and other assurances and conveyances for
       the further and more perfect settling conveying the said
       hereby granted Land and premises to the use and intent
       af.d as by him the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns
       or his or their councill learned in the Law shall be reasonably
       devised or required In Wittness whereof the
       parties to these presents have interchangeably set their
       hands and seals the day & year first above written
