          of Land More or less Together with all Dwelling houses out
       houses Tobacco houses Buildings and other edifices and all gardens
       orchards woods Fences Timber and Timber Trees waters ways
       easments profits and comodities and all Hereditaments what
       soever to the hereby granted premises belonging or in any
       ways appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof
       with their and every of their appurtenances and all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and demand
       whatsoever of him the said George Clagatt his Heirs &
       Assignes of in and into the same hereby granted premises
       and every part thereof and all Deeds Conveyances writings
       and escripts whatsoever to the said hereby granted premises
       or any part thereof belonging or in any ways
       appertaining To have and to hold the said plantation
       or parcell of Land containing eight hundred acres butted &
       bounded as af.d being part of the said Tract of Land called
       Clagatts Forest and all houses orchards Gardens and other
       Hereditaments to the same hereby granted premises belonging
       with their and every of their appurtenances unto the
       said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only
       proper use and behoof of him the said Samuel Chew his
       Heirs and Assigns for evermore And the said George Clagatt for
       himself his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs doth covenant to and w.th
       the s.d Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns by these presents
       that he the said Samuel Chew his heirs and assigns shall have
       hold use occupy possess and enjoy the said plantation and
       hereby granted Land ^so^ as af.d butted and bounded being part of
       the aforesaid Tract called Clagatts Forrest and all and every the
       hereby granted premises free and Clear & freely & clearly
       Acquitted Exonerated & Discharged or well and sufficiently
       saved kept harmless and indemnifyed of and from all manner
       of former and other bargains sales Gifts Grants Leases
