(477 and also four hundred acres more part of the said Tract which he the said George lately purchased of his brother Charles Clagatt of Calvert County as by his Deed will appear Relation being thereunto had Bearing Date the twelfth Day of February last Now this present Indenture Witnesseth that he the said George Clagatt in hand well and truly paid The Receipt whereof the s.d George doth by these psents acknowledge and of all and every part thereof doth Acquitt Exonerate and Discharge the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns Hath given granted bargained sold enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell alienate enfeoff and confirm unto the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and assignes all his Right Title share & interest of and unto the aforesaid Tract of Land called Clagatts Forrest lying and being in Baltemore County as af.d Beginning at the first Line of the Said Land And where his sister Martha's now the wife of Richard Keen's number of perches ends for the laying out of her part being two hundred acres left her by her said Father Thomas Clagatt as by his said will may appear And Running North North west untill it intersects the South Line of the Land called Scot's Lott or Dunkerd and from thence running west south west three hundred and twenty perches to a Marked Red Oak on a plain Then running South South East unto the Line of the af.d two hundred acres part of the said Tract laid out for his Sister Martha af.d And with the said Line Easterly to the said Beginning containing eight hundred acres |
