468 all that Tract or parcell of Land called Killkenny lying on the east side of the North Branch of Patuxent River Beginning at a bounded white oake and a bounded Red Oake Standing on a Knowle near the southermost Bounds of the Land called (Stephens forrest) formerly laid out for Cha Stevens of Annarundell County and Runing from the s.d Trees east sixty perches then south east by east eighty perches Then south by west eighty perches then south West by south one hundred and Twenty perches then by a Streight Line to the first bounded oakes cont.a and laid out for one hundred Acres of Land More or less which said Tract of Land was originally Granted out of his Lordships Land Office unto the s.d Rich.d Fowler by his Lordships Lett.rs Patt.ts under the Great Seale of Maryland bearing Date the second Day of September seventeen hundred and thirteen Referrance being thereto had may more fully and at Large appear To have & to hold the afd Tract of Land and premisses with the appurts thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto him the said Joseph Howard his heirs and assignes for ever to and for the only proper use and behoofe of him the said Joseph Howard his heirs and assignes forever and the said Rich.d Fowler for himself and his heirs Doth covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Joseph Howard his heirs and assignes that he the said Rich.d Fowler & his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times forever hereafter hereafter warrent (and) |
