Ex.d  This Indenture made the fourth day
       of Aprill in the Ninth year of the Reign of our
       sovn Lord George King of Great Brittain &.c Annoq Dom
       One thousand seven hundred and twenty three Between
       John Buckinham of Ann Arundell County Planter
       and Hannah his wife of the one part and Amos Garrett
       of the city of Annapolis in the province of Maryland
       Marchant of the other part Wittnesseth that the
       said John Buckingham for and in consideration of the
       sum of thirty pounds Curr.t Money to the s.d Jn.o Buckingham
       in hand paid by the said Amos Garrett before the
       Ensealing and Delivery ^there^of the Receipt whereof
       the said John Buckinham doth hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and every part & parcell thereof
       Doth hereby fully clearly and absolutely Exonerate
       Acquitt and Discharge him the said Amos Garrett
       his heirs Ex.rs and administrators Hath bargained sold
       aliened enfeoffed & confirmed as by these presents he y.e
       said John Buckinham Doth for himself and his heirs
       Bargain sell alien enfeoffe and confirm unto the said
       Amos Garrett all and every the here after mencond
       two Tracts of Land &c one called Bakers Delight
       lying in Baltemore County begining at a bounded red
       Oake and a bounded Hickory standing on the south
       side of the Mainfalls of Potapsco Respecting to the
       Eastward a great heap of Rocks and Live Trees on the
       North side of the afd falls and Runing from the s.d
       Trees North twenty two Degrees and a half East
       one hundred perches south sixty seven Degrees
       & a half east forty p.s then the north twenty two Degrees
