       a half east thirty perches then south twenty two Degrees
       and a half east twenty eight perches then south
       forty perches then west forty perches then south
       twenty two Degrees and a half West twenty four
       perches then west forty three perches then north

       with a streight line to the begining tree containing
       and now Laid Out for forty Acres of Land more or less
       as p certifycate of survey thereof granted unto John
       Baker returned into the Land Office dated 24.th Aprill
       1714 which Tract of Land the said John Baker by a
       certain Deed of Conveyance Indented Acknowledged
       and Recorded dated the 21 day of Feb.ry 1722 aliened &
       enfeoffed to John Buckinham party to this Deed
       his heirs and assignes One Other Tract of Land &c
       called Lynns Addition lying in Annarundell County
       in the Woods Between Annarund.ll & Magothy Rivers
       Begining in the west Line of the Land of Jn.o Smith
       called Askewton and Runing North with the head
       line of the said Lynns land called Little Nettleham
       and Nettleham one hundred perches to a bounded
       White Oake then east sixty perches to a bounded
       Pine it being a bounded tree of the Land of Edw.d Bates
       then south and ^by^ west fifteen perches to a bounded
       Red Oake of the Land of W.m Bowsey then
       South South East one hundred and thirty perches
       to the said Smiths Land called Askewton then
       bounding on the said Land to the first Menconed
       bounds cont.a and laid out for fifty five acres
