461 accounts compound conclude and agree of & in the same and upon any Recovery receipt composition or other agreement to signe seale and execute acquittances releases or any other Discharges and one attorney or more under him to make substitute & at pleasure to Revoke Ratifye and hereby confirming all and whatsoever my said attorney his substitutes or assignes or any of them shall Lawfully do or cause to be Done in & about the premisses by Virtue hereof In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the seventh day of Nov.r Anno Dom 1722 & in the ninth year of the Reign of our sovn Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France & Ireland King Defender of the faith &c her Martha X Quick (seal) Sealed & Delivered (being first stampt marke in the presence of his Jam.s Sopwith W.m Green W.m + Martin marke Marnia Hodgson Serv.t to M.r Pomery N.y Pub in London On the back of the aforegoing instrum.t was thus written viz.t March 4.th 1722 Maryland fs Then came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court Jam.s Supwith & W.m Martin who upon oath did Declare that they were evidences at the signing sealing & Delivery of this Letter of attorney William Lock |
