       Know all men by these presents that I Martha
       Quick Wife of Robert Quick of the parish of
       S.t Pauls Shadwell in the county of Midlesex Marriner
       late Mathew Jerrett Widdow Relict & Exx of the
       Last Will and Testament of Nich.o Jerret Marriner
       my Late husband Deced who was son & heir
       of Nich.o Jerret late of Pigg point in Pottuxon
       in the province of Maryland planter deced Have named
       made ordained & in my stead and place put and
       constituted & by these presents Doe name make
       ordain and in my stead and place put & constitute
       my said husband Rob.t Quick to be my true and
       Lawfull attorney in his own and my name or
       either of them to enter into and upon and take
       possession of all and Singular Such Messuages houses
       Lands and plantations whatsoever scituate lying &
       being at or near pigg point in Pottuxent aforesaid
       which was Given and Devised unto my said late
       husband Nich.o Jerrat deced by his s.d Late father
       Nich.o Jerratt deced in and by his last Will and
       Testament or otherwise howsoever and alsoe to
       ask Clayme Demand Distrain sue for Levey
       Recover take and Receive (by Due order and course
       of Law) of and from all and every pson & psons
       whatsoever whome it Doth shall or may concern
       All and singular such sum and sums of Money
