458 our selves our heirs ^ex.rs^ adm.rs or Assignes to Each Other our heirs ex.rs and Administrators in the penalty of one hundred Pounds sterl to stand to & abide by the bounds hereafter expressed that is to say the Land called Withers Durand is to be begin upon Howells Creek at the Spott where the originall begining sasafrax of the said Land stood and from thence to Run by a Line Drawn South West one hundred and fifty eight perches to a swamp called in the originall certifycate a cove called James's Cove near to a creek called Saffairs Creek and from the said swamp or cove by a Line Drawn South East eighty perches to a Marsh by the creek thence bounding w.th the s.d creeke to the Mouth thereof and so to the close of the survey as p the originall cert are the bounds agreed upon and appears to be the true originall bounds of the said Land called Withers Durand from w.ch bounds if either of the aforesaid parties ever pretends to receed they are hereby bound to the other their ^heirs^ ex.rs or adm.rs in the sum afd In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have interchangeably set their hands and seals this 23.d Day of July Anno Dom 1722 Alice Greening (seal) Sealed & Delivered in the presence of Henry Hill Jn.o Davidg Anthony Ruley (seal) 3 s.ds ½ Tho.s Larkin |
