       Claims and Demands w.tsoever which was Due owing
       and Belonging unto the said Nich.o Jerratt the father
       at the time of his Death and which after his decease
       the said Nich.o Jerratt his son my Late husband
       deced was intituled unto ot interested in and which
       now is or are or at any time or times hereafter shall
       be Due belonging or in anywise appertaining unto me
       by vertue of the Last Will and Testament of my
       said late husband Nich.o Jerratt deced and my being
       Exx thereof or by any other wais or means right or
       Title whatsoever or howsoever and to bargain sell
       assigne convey Transferr and set Over the premisses
       before menconed and every or any part or parcell
       thereof unto any pson or psons whatsoever & for such
       consideration as my said attorney shall think well
       Giveing and by these presents Granting unto my said
       attorney his substitutes and assignes all my authority
       and Lawfull authority power to ask Demand recover
       and receive all and singular the premisses afd and to
       Doe pursue execute prosecute performe & accomplish
       all and singular such acts Deeds Matters and things
       whatsoever w.thin & about the premisses shall be needfull
       Necessary and Expedient as fully & effectually to all
       intents and purposes as I my self might or could Doe
       being personally present and to settle and adjust
