       White Oake and from the said ^White^ Oak South East &
       by South for Length three hundred and Twenty
       perches and from the End of the South East and
       by South line by a Line Drawn North East and by
       East one hundred and fifty perches and from the
       End of the North East and by East Line by a Line
       Drawn North West and by North three hundred & twenty
       seven perches to the first marked oake containing
       and now Laid Out for three hundred Acres of Land
       More or Less together w.th all and singular houses out
       houses ^edifices^ orchards Gardens woods underwoods fences
       paths pastors passages Waters Water Courses profitts
       Comodities Hereditaments and Appurtenances w.tsoever
       to the said Tact or parcell of Land belonging or any
       ways appertaining (Royall mines Only Excepted) &
       all the Right Title and Interest Claim and Demand
       w.tsoever of said Rich.d and James Collins of and to
       the afd Bargained premisses together w.th all the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues Profitts thereof and every part or parcell
       thereof To have and to hold the said bargained
       premisses unto the afd James Husband his heirs &
       Assignes & to the only proper use & behoof of y.e s.d Ja.s Husband
       his heirs and assignes for ever & the said Rich.d & Ja.s
       Collins Doth hereby Grant for themselves their heirs &c
