452 Ex.d This Indenture made the ninth Day of October one thousand seven hundred and Twenty two and the Eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovn Lord George by the Grace Grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith &c Between Rich.d Collins of Queen Anns County and James Collins of Cecil County of the Province of Maryl.d Planter of the one part and James Husband of Cecil County in the said province planter of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Rich.d and James Collins for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings of Lawfull Money of Great Brittain to them in hand paid before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents by the said James Husband the receipt whereof the said Rich.d & James Collins Doth hereby acknowledge & thereof Doth Acquitt and Discharge the s.d James Husband his heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assignes and every of them by these presents hath bargained & sold & by these presents Doth bargain and Sell unto the said James Husband his ex.rs adm.rs and assignes all that Tract or parcell of Land called Mount Pleasant lying and being in Cecil County and upon a branch of a creek called Sasafrax Creek Begining at a Marked Oake by a Branch and Runing South West and by west for breadth one hundred & fifty perches to a Marked (white) |
