       that they and their heirs the afd bargained premisses unto
       the afd James Husband his heirs and assignes for agents ^against^
       them the said Rich.d and James Collins & their heirs laying
       any Claim Right title or interest of in or to the said
       Bargained premisses or any part thereof and the afd Rich.d
       & James Collins for themselves their heirs ex.rs and adm.rs
       Doth promise covenant and a grant to and w.th the said
       James Husbands his heirs and assignes that he the said
       James Husband his heirs and assignes shall and may
       from hence forth for ever peaceably forever and Quietly
       have hold use possess and enjoy all the afd bargained
       Premisses w.ch appurtenances w.thout the Lawfull Let suit
       Trouble Denyall Interuption Evasion Ejection Expultion
       or Molestation of them the said Rich.d and James Collins
       their heirs ex.rs adm.rs or any other pson or psons claiming
       from them ^by them^ or any of them any Right Title or Interest
       of in or to the afd Bargained premises or any part or
       parcell thereof In wittness of all the before said premises
