(44) on or about the day of Departed this life intestate after whose decease the afd tract or pcell of Land & Pmisses w.th the appurtinances Decended to the said George Reid Now this Indenture further Wittnesseth that the said Allex.r Recd for & in consideration of the sume of sixty two p.ds Sterling Money to him in hand well and truly paid by the said W.m Reed at and before the sealing & Delivery of the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof & of every part & parcell thereof doth hereby Acquit Exonerate Release and discharge the said W.m Read his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs & every of them for ever by these psents Hath Given granted bargained Bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed Released & Confirmed & by these psents doth Give grant Bargain sell Aliene Enfeoffe release & Confirme unto the said W.m Read his heirs & assignes for ever all that only all that the af.d tract of Land and Pmisses w.th the appurtinances & every part & parcell To have and to hold the af.d tract of Land and Pmisses w.th the appurtinances to the said W.m Reid his heirs & assignes for ever To the only proper use & behoof of the said W.m Read his heirs & assignes for ever & to no other use intent or pusoe whatsoever And the said Allex.r Reid for himself his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs & every of them Doth hereby Covenant Pmiss Grant & agree to & w.th the said W.m Reid his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of them by these Psents in Manner & forme following That is to say that he the said Alexander Read at the time fo the Ensealing & Delivery hereof (Is) |
