(45) Is Lawfully Rightfully Seized of a Good Sure and Indefezible Estate of Inheritance in fee simple of and in the af.d Tract or Parcell of Land & Pmisses w.th y.e appurtinances & that he hath Good Right full power & Lawfull authority to convey the same unto the s.d W.m Reid his heirs & assignes fore ever & further the s.d Allexander Reid for him self or his heirs doth hereby Grant & agree to & w.th the said W.m Ried & his heirs as follows Viz.t that he the said Alex.r Reid & his heirs the afd tract or pcell of Land and Pmisses w.th y.e appurtinances ag.t him y.e s.d Alex.r Reed & his heirs & ag.t & ag.t all & every other pson or psons whatsoever shall & will warr.t & for ever Defend by these Psents and that the said Pcell of Land & Pmisses w.th the appurtinances and every part & Pcell thereof shall be remain continue free and clear or otherwise well and truly saved harmless & kept indemnifyed of and from all Manner of former & other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales leases Dowers Joynters and all Other Incumberances whatsoever had made comitted suffered don or offended unto by the said Alex.r Read or any other Pson or Psons The Rent and services from henceforth Drawing Due and payable to the Lord or Lords othe fee only excepted and foreprized and further the said Alex.r Reid for himself his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs or And of Ten every of them dothe hereby pmise grant & agree to and w.th the said W.m Read his heirs ex.rs adm.rs and w.th every of them by these psents that he the said Allex.r Reid his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs or some of them shall & will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter at the Reasonable Request & at the proper Cost and Charges in the Law of him the said W.m Read his heirs & assignes made do acknowledge execute & suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged executed and suffered all & every such further and other Reasonable (act) |
