       said Robert Lusby Sen.r his heirs and assignes that they ^he^ the
       said Geo Drew shall & Will forever warrent & Defend the
       said two hundred & fifty Acres of Land and hereby
       Bargained premisses unto him the said Robert Lusby Sen.r
       his heirs & Assignes for ever and for the Sure makeing over
       and conveying of the said Land w.th all the appurtenances
       appertaining thereunto and I the said Geo Drew Doth for
       my self my heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assignes & from any pson
       or psons w.tsoever that shall Lay any Right Title Claim &
       Demand unto the said Land by me or under me or mine
       but Doe firmly by these presents oblidge my self my
       heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assignes to warr.t & Defend the s.d Land
       from me my heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assignes to Warr.t & Defend
       from all persons whatsoever that shall lay any Right
       Title Interest Claim or Demand unto the said Two hundred
       and fifty Acres of Land or any part or parcell thereunto belonging
       to the aforemenconed premisses but Doe fully & firmly
       by these presents make over and convey the said Land
       unto the proper use of the said Robert Lusby Sen.r his heirs
       and assignes for ever as a perfect fee symple & for y.e further
       & better assureance of the said Lands I the said Geo Drew
       Doth firmly by these presents oblidge my self my heirs
       ex.rs adm.rs & assignes at the Reasonable Req.t Costs & Charges
       in the Law of the said Rob.t Lusby his heirs or assignes
       Do make acknowledge execute and suffer & cause and
       procure to be made Done acknowledged ^executed^ & suffered and
       every such further & other Lawfull and Reasonable act
