       Branch and bounding in the said Branch Runing
       up the west north west for the Length of three
       hundred and Twenty perches and from the end of the
       West north west Line by a Line Drawn north east
       for bredth one hundred twenty five p.s then East
       South east three hundred & twenty perches to the s.d
       River then bounding on the said River to the
       first bounded Tree cont.a and now Laid Out for
       two hund.d and fifty Acres of Land more or less to be
       held of the Manner of Baltemore together w.th all y.e
       the Rights and singular the profitts and the benifitts
       thereunto belonging to the said Land woods and underwoods
       houses out houses edifices and apputs thereunto belonging
       or anywise appertaining w.th all Deeds Grants Pattents
       Edifices and Writeings the hereby ^bargained^ granted premisses
       touching or concerning but to have and to hold to the
       the afd bargained premisses w.th all the appurts above
       named Robert Lusby Sen.r his heirs and assignes
       for ever and to y.eour sole proper use and behoof of the said
       Robert Lusby Sen.r his heirs & assignes for ever and to no
       other intent use or purspose of the Chief Lord of the
       fee or fees thereof by the Rents and Services heretofore
       Due and of Right accustomed and the said Geo Drew
       Doth by these presents Cov.t Grant and agree to & w.th the
