429 acts assureance or assureances of Law w.tsoever for the further and better assureance surety and sure makeing and conveying of all the said Granted premisses w.th the appurtenances or any part or parcell thereof to him the said Rob.t Lusby Sen.r his heirs & assignes or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required and it is Mutally Agreed and Concluded by & between the parties to these presents that all and every such further assureance to be made as afd of the said granted premises or any part thereof is ment and intended to be and shall be to y.e only use and behoof of the said Robert Lusby Sen.r his heirs & assignes forever and to no other use intent or purpose w.tsoever In Wittness whereof I the said George Drew hath interchangably set my hand and seale George Drew Seal Signed Sealed & Deliv.d in the presents of us Sam.ll Young Jo Young On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written (viz.t) Nov.r the 5.th 1722 Then Came the w.thin named Geo Drew before me the Subscriber his Lordships Chief Justice of the Prov.ll Court of Maryland and acknowledged the Lands & Premisses w.thin Menconed to be the Right of the w.thin named Rob.t Lusby his heirs and assignes forever (Likewise) |
