426) This Indenture made the Twentyeth Day of Sept.r and in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty two and in the seventh year of the Reign of our sovn Lord King George of Great Brittain and in the fifth year of the Dom.n of the Right Honble Charles Lord Baron of Baltemore Absolute Lord & proprietor of the province of Maryland Between George Drew of Baltemore County of the one part and Rob.t Lusby Sen.r of Ann.ll County of the other part Wittnesseth that the said George Drew for a Valluable Consideration already paid and by me Received have Sold unto the said Robert Lusby Sen.r his heirs and assignes a certain Tract of Land Lying in Baltemore County w.ch s.d Land being by vertue of a Warr.t Granted unto John La of Baltemore County planter bearing date the Eighth day of June One thousand six hundred and Sixty Eight Which said Tract of Land I the said Geo Drew hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released & Confirmed and by these presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell release Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Robert Lusby Sen.r his heirs and assignes all that Tract and parcell of Land formerly known & called by the name of Chilbury hall Lying on the North Side of a River in the said County called Bush River Begining at a Bounded Read Oake upon a Point of a Marsh near the head of the West (branch) |
