       consideracon of the sume of one hundred and thirty p.ds
       sterl To him in hand payd well and truly payd for the s.d
       W.m Read at and before the sealing and delivey hereof
       the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & therof
       and hereof and every part & parcell thereof Doth hereby
       acquit exonerate Release and discharge the said W.m
       Read his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs and every of them for ever
       by these psents Hath Given granted barganed aliened
       sold enfeoffed Released and confirmed and b y these
       presents Doth Give grant bargaine alien sell enfeoffe
       Release & Confirme unto the said W.m Reid his heirs &
       assignes for ever all that the af.d Tract or parcell of
       Land and premisses w.th the appurtinances and every
       part and parcell thereof To have and to Hold
       the af.d Tract of Land & pmisses w.th the appurtinances
       to the said W.m Read his heirs and assignes for ever &
       to no other use ^intent^ or purpose whatsoever and the said
       Alexander Read for him selfe ex.rs adm.rs & every of them
                                                          Alexander Read (sea)
       Doth hereby covenant promiss Grant & agree to & with
       the s.d W.m Reid hs heirs ex.rs & adm.rs and every of them
       and by these psents In Manner and forme following
       That is to say that he the said Alexander Read at the
       time of the Ensealing and Delivery hereof is Lawfully
       and Rightfully seazed of Good Shure & Indefeazable
       Estate of Inheritance in fee simple of & in the af.d tract
       or parcell of Land & pmisses w.th the appurtinances
       and that he y.e Hath Good right full power and
       Lawfull Authority to convey the same unto the s.d
       W.m Read his heirs and assignes for ever And further
       the said Alexander Reid for himself & his heirs
       Doth hereby Grant and agree to & w.th the said
