       W.m Read his heirs ^as^ follows That is to say that he the said
       Alexander Reid & his heirs the afd tract and pcell of land
       and premisses w.th the appurtinances ag.t him the said
       Alexander Read & his heirs & ag.t all & every other pson
       and psons whatsoever shall and will warr.t and forever
       defend by these psents & y.t y.e s.d parcell of Land & Pmisses
       w.th the appurtinances & every part & pcell thereof
       shall be remain continue free & clear ^or^ otherwise well
       and truly served harmless and Kept indemnified of &
       from all manner and former other Gifts Grants Bargains
       sales leases Dowers Joynters & all other incumberences
       whatsoever had made comitted suffered Don or assented
       unto by the said Alexander Receivd or any other pson
       or persons whatsoever the Rents and services from hence
       forth growing due and payable to Lord or Lords of the fee
       only excepted) and foreprised And further the said Alexander
       Reid for himself his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs & for every of them
       doth hereby covenant promis Grant & agree to & w.th
       the s.d W.m Ried his heirs ex.rs adm.rs & w.th every of them by
       these presents that he y.e s.d Alexander Reed his heirs ex.rs
       or adm.rs or some of them shall & will from time to time
       & at all times for ever hereafter at the Reasonable req.t & at
       the proper cost and chargs in the Law of him the s.d W.m Reid
       his heirs & assignes make do acknowledge execute &
       suffer or cause to be made don acknowledged executed and
       suffered all and every such further and other reasonable
       act and acts thing and things deed & Deeds Divices &
       Assureances in the Law whatsoever for the finder
       better and more perfy.te assureing surely and shure
       makeing of all & singular the af.d tract of Land and
       pmisses w.th the appurtinances to him the said W.m Reid
       his heirs & assignes for as by the said W.m Reid his heirs or  
       assignes or his or their Councell larned in the Law shall
       be reasonably advised devised or required In Wittness whereof
