362) or less the which said Two Tracts or parcells of Land contain in the One Hundred and sixty acres more or less Together w.th all Trees Woods Underwoods Houses Orchards Buildings fences Improvements Rents profitts Egress Regress Ways passages waters and appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise appurtaining Together with all the Right Title Inheritance Claim and Demand whatsoever of and from ^him^ y.e said John Hetherley and his Heirs for ever To have and to hold all the afores.d Two Tracts of Land called Vines fancy and Taylors Hall w.th the premises and appurts thereunto belonging unto him the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for ever To the sole proper use and behoof of him the said John Worthington heirs and assigns for ever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said John Hatherley for himself his Heirs Executors and Admors and every of them Doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns in manner and form following (Viz.t) that he the said John W Hatherley & his Heirs Executors and Admors shall and will for ever warrant and defend to the said John Worthington his Heirs Executors Admors or Assigns all the above menconed hereby granted or intended to be granted Tracts of Land and plantacon w.th the premises and appurts as well from and against him the said John Hatherley his Heirs Executors & Admors for ever as against all manner of persons whatsoever And the said John Hatherley for himself his Heirs Executors and Admors doth further covenant promise grant and agree to and w.th the said John Worthington and his Heirs that the above bargained pmises are at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these psents clear |
