       that the said John Hetherley for and in consideration of the Sum
       of Twenty pounds Sterl money to him in hand paid by the said
       John Worthington at and before the Ensealing and Delivery hereof
       these psents the Receipt whereof he the said John Hatherley does
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and from every part
       and pcell thereof Doth freely fully and absolutely exonerate acquit
       and Discharge the said John Worthington his Heirs Ex.rs and
       Admors and every of them for p these presents for ever Hath
       given granted bargained sold enfeoffed aliened Remist released
       and confirmed and by these psents doth give grant bargain
       Sell Enfeoffe Alien Remiss Release and Confirm to the said
       John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for ever All them
       two Tracts or parcells of Land Lying on the South Side
       Patapsco falls (comonly called or known by the Names of
       Vines Fancy and Taylors Hall)  Vines Fancy beginning
       at a bounded white oak of the Land of Samuel Chew
       lying at Elk Ridge and running from the said white oak
       with the said Chews Line North East One Hundred and six
       perches To a bounded Hiccory then south east by south one
       Hundred Twenty four perches to a Bounded red oak being a
       bounded tree of Adam Shipleys then running w.th the said
       Shipleys Line South West and by West sixty five Perches
       then by a Streight Line to the first Tree containing and laid
       out for Sixty Acres more or less   Taylors Hall beginning
       at a bounded white oak Standing on the side of a Glaid
       falling into a Branch Descending into Petuxent River
       comonly called Browns River and running thence
       North East by North One Hundred forty Two perches thence
       North West by North One Hundred perches thence West
       Seventy two perches thence South One Hundred and Seventy
       perches thence with a Streight line to the first bounded Tree
       containing and laid out for One Hundred Acres of Land more
