363) clear and free of and from all Manner of Incumbrances whatsoever whether by Statutes Judgments Recognizances Mortgages forfeitures or Attainders of him the said John Hatherley or by any other ways or means whatsoever Provided always and it is further covenanted that if the said John Hetherley his Heirs Executors or Admors Do well and truly ^re^pay the said John Worthington his Heirs Executors Admors or Assigns the full sum of Twenty pounds Sterl money by good indorsd Bills of Exchange drawn on some Responsable Merchant in London and there paid accordingly at or before the last day of March in the Year Seventeen Hundred and Twenty four and also Lawfull Interest from for the same from the date hereof then this indenture and all the articles and things therein contained shall be of for ever void and of no force and all the Land and Pmises Revert to the said John Hatherley In Witness whereof the parties to this indenture have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals interchangeably the day and year first above written Signed Sealed and John Hatherley (seal) Delivered in Psence of us her Elizabeth E Hatherley (seal) Charles Worthington his William Groves mark On the back of which Deed was thus endorsd Viz.t Memorandum |
