       and payable to the Cheif Lord or Lords of the fee or fees only
       excepted and foreprized)  And that he the said Isaac Cecell
       his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs shall and will from time
       to time and at all times hereafter the said Tract or parcell
       of Land and premises against all manner of persons
       whatsoever unto him the said Thomas Clegett his Heirs
       and Assigns warrant and for ever Defend by these psents
       And that he the said Isaac Cecell at the time of the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these psents is and standeth lawfully &
       rightfully seized of and in the said peice or parcell of
       Land hereby granted and bargained with the appurts
       of a good sure and perfect Absolute and Indefeazable
       Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple without any manner
       of condition trust power of Revocation or Limitation
       of any use or uses whatsoever to Alter Change Determine
       or make void the same And that the said Isaac Cecell
       now hath in himself good right full power lawfull
       and absolute authority to grant bargain sell and confirm
       the said Tracts of Land and premises with their and every
       of their appurtenances before hereby mentioned to be bargained
       and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Thomas
       Clagett his Heirs and Assignes for ever in manner and form
       aforesaid according to the true intent and meaning of these
       presents  And also that he the said Thomas Clagett his
       Heirs and Assigns shall and may from time to time and at
       all times hereafter lawfully peaceably and Quietly have
       hold use occupy possess and enjoy the said Tract of Land &
       premises and every part and parcell thereof with the appurts
       without the Lawfull Let Suit Trouble Molestation Interruption
       Eviction Denyall or Hindrance of him the said Isaac Cecell
       his Heirs of Assigns or any of them or any other person
