       These Psents Doth grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe
       and Confirm unto the said Thomas Clagett his Heirs & Assigns
       for ever All that Tract or parcell of Land lying in Baltemore
       County called Coles Caves on the North side of Patapsco River
       called Foolish Fancy standing by a Run called Beer Runn
       and Running thence North and by East One Hundred and four
       perches to a Bounded Hiccory and white oak then east three and
       Twenty Perches to a bounded chesnut on the side of a Hill then North
       North West two Hundred Eighty and Eight Perches to a bounded
       red oak then North West and by North Two Hundred & Thirty p.s to
        a bounded spanish oak then West South West three Hundred
       and Twenty Perches to a bounded white oak in a Pocosen then
       to the first Tree containing and now laid out for Nine
       Hundred Seventy and Two Acres of Land more or less together
       with ^all^ Houses Outhouses Gardens Orchards and all other the
       Buildings thereunto belonging and also all Deeds patents &
       other writings touching or concerning the same To have
       and to Hold the said Tract of Land and premises and
       premises with the Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas
       Clegett his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper
       use and behoof of him the said Thomas Clagett his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever And to no other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever   And the said Isaac Cecell Doth hereby for
       himself his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs Covenant Promise
       grant and agree to and with the said Thomas Clagett his
       Heirs and Assignes that the said tract or parcell of Land &
       other the premises hereby bargained and sold are at the time
       of the Ensealing and Delivery of these psents clear and free of
       and from all and all manner of incumbrances whatsoever
       whether by Statute Judgments Mortgages or Executions of
       him the said Isaac Cecell or by any other ways or means
       whatsoever (The Rents and Services hereafter to grow due
