359 persons whatsoever And Lastly that he the said Isaac Cecell his Heirs Executors and Admors Doth Covenant Promise grant and Agree to and with the said Thomas Clagett his Heirs & Assigns That he the said Isaac Cecell his Heirs Executors and Admors shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the request cost and Charges in the law of the said Thomas Clagett his Heirs or Assigns make do acknowledge levy execute and suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged levyed executed & suffered all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable act and acts thing and things device and devices assurance and assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further and better assuring and sure making and conveying of all and singular the premises hereby bargained and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Thomas Clagett his Heirs and Assigns for ever as by the said Thomas Clagett his Heirs or assigns or his or their Councell learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or Required In Wittness whereof the said Isaac Cecell hath hereunto Sett his Hand and seal the day and year first above written locus Isaac sigilli Cecell On the back of the aforegoing Indenture is thus endorst Sealed and Delivered in the psence of us Jos Belt Ralph Crabb Reced the Day and Year within written of the within named Thomas Clagett the sume of Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty four pounds of Tobacco being the consideration money within menconed Wittness Isaac Cecell Jos Belt Ralph Crabb |
