                               This Indenture
       made the sixteenth day of Aprill And in the eighth
       year of the Reign of Our Sovereigne Lord George by
       the Grace of God of Great Brittain France & Ireland
       King Defender of the Faith &c Annoq Dni One Thousand
       Seven Hundred twenty two Between Isaac Cecell of
       Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland
       Planter of ^on^ the one Part and Thomas Clagett of the
       Province and County af.d Gent of the other part
       Witnesseth That the said Isaac Cecell for & in consideracon
       of the sum of Fourteen thousand two Hundred and
       Thirty four pounds of Tobacco to him in hand
       paid by Thomas Clagett at and before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these Psents the receipt whereof he
       the said Isaac Cecell Doth hereby acknowledge and
       himself to be therewith fully satisfied contented & paid
       And thereof and of every part and parcell thereof doth
       fully clearly and absolutely acquit exonerate & discharge
       the said Thomas Clagett his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs
       and every of them for ever by these psents Hath granted
       bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed And by
