       south east three hundred perches till it intersects the
       Land called Xphers Camp then Runing & bounding w.th
       said Land to the first Bound Tree containing and laid
       out for One Thousand acres More or less To have
       And to hold the said Tract or parcell of Land w.th the
       appurtinances thereunto belonging or any wise
       appertaining before in these presents Given granted
       sold and confirmed unto the said W.m Smith his
       hers & assignes to the only sole and proper use &
       & behoof of the s.d W.m Smith and of his heirs &
       assignes for ever to be holden of the Chief Lord or Lords
       of the fee or fees of the premisses by the Rents and
       Services therefore hereafter Due of Right
       Accustomed & the s.d Tho.s Howe & Henaretta his
       Wife for themselves & their heirs Doth Covenant
       and Grantte ^to^ & w.th the s.d William Smith his heirs
       & assignes by these presents that the s.d Tho.s Howe &
       Henaretta his wife Not w.th standing any Act
