                               This Indenture made the
       twenty seventh Day of July one thousand seven
       Hundred and Nineteen Between Tho.s Howe
       and Henaretta his Wife of Calvert County in
       the Province of Maryland Planter of the one
       part & William Smith of the county & Province
       af.d Merchant of the other part  Wittnesseth
       that the said Tho.s Howe and Henaretta his wife
       hath Given Granted Sold & Confirmed & by these
       presents Doth fully clearly and absolutely Give
       Grant Sel & Confirme him to the s.d W.m Smith
       and his heirs for ever in Exchaing all that Tract or
       parcell of Land called Bromes Bloome bequeathed
       unto the said Henaretta by her father John Brome
       by his Last will and Testament (relateing being
       thereunto had may & will More Large appear)
       Lying in Baltemore County in the Province af.d
       upon the east side of Bush River between Binans & James Branches
       Begining at a bounded chesnut a bound.d tree of
       the Land called X.tphers Camp and runing thence
       south west pallell w.th a pcell of Land called
       Segley Two hundred pches to a bounded white
       oak a bounded Tree of the Land called My
       Lords Gift then runing north west pallell w.th the
       s.d Land fif hundred & forty & four perches
       then North North west two hundred fifty & six p.s
       then North East two hundred pches then runing
