335 falls to the first Tree containing and now Laid Out for two hundred Acres of Land more or Less To have and to hold the af.d two hundred acres of Land and premisses w.th all the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said John Baldwin his heirs and assignes for ever and the s.d Hill Savage and Eliner his wife for themselves their heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Do Covenant and Agree to and with the said John Baldwin his heirs and assignes for ever that they the said Hill and Eliner are Seized of the said Land in his Demesne as of fee and that the said Land is clear of and from all incumbrances whatsoever and the said Hill and Eliner for them selves their Heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Doe further covenant and agree to & w.th the said Jn.o Baldwin his heirs & Assignes for ever that the afd two hundred Acres of Land shall be to him & them well and sufficiently Warranted & Defended against all psons and claims whatsoever except the Rents and Services hereafter to grow Due to the Lord Prop.ry his heirs and Successors and Lastly that the said Hill and Eliner his wife shall and will make and Duely Execute any further or other conveyance or assureance of the premisses In Wittness the ^first^ partie named parties to these presents have hereunto sett their their Hands & affixed their seals the day & year above written Hill Savige (sea) her Eliner + Savige (sea) Mark |
