334 This Indenture made the 10.th day of June Anno Dom Seventeen hundred & twenty one Between Hill Savage of Baltemore County planter and Elinor his wife of the one part and John Baldwin of Annarundell County Gent of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Hill Savage and Elinor his wife for and in consideration of twenty five pounds four Shillings & seven pence Curr.t money and four thousand five hundred pounds of Tob.o to them the said Hill & Elinor his wife in hand paid the receipt whereof they Doe hereby acknowledge have Bargained Sold Aliened ^Enfeoffed^ and Confirmed unto the s.d John Baldwin his heirs and assignes for ever all that tract of land (lying on In Baltemore County afd on the North side of Potapsco River and on the Falls of the Middle Branch of the said River (Comonly called Gwins falls) called New Town Begining at a bounded white oak by the falls and runing North and by East two hundred & fifty perches to a bounded red oak then North and by west two hundred seventy perches then North west and by west one hundred and twenty perches then South west forty five perches to the said Falls then bounding on the said (falls) |
