    On the back of the aforegoing conveyance was thus

       Memorandum that on the 2.d Day of Xb.r
       Anno Dom Seventeen Hundred twenty one
       came the w.thin Menconed Hill Savage and
       Acknowledged the within Deed to the w.thin
       John Baldwin according to the Directions of the
       act of Assembly

       Memorandum that on the Tenth day of June
       1721 came Elinor Savige the wife of the w.thin
       named Hill Savage and acknowledged the Land
       contained in this Deed to be now the Right
       title & Estate of the w.thin menconed John
       Baldwin his heirs and assignes for ever
       before us
