                                  March the 14.th 1718
          Then came before me Nath.l Chew One of y.e Evidences
       to the w.thin Deed & solemnly affirmed & Decleard according
       to the Method Allowed Quakers that the saw the w.thin
       Names Jn.o Caswell signe seale & Deliver the same
       as his Act & Deed & that at the same time the severall
       evidences above named were present & signed the
       same as Wittnesses to the Execution ^of^ the said Deed
                                     William Holland

                                           Memorandum the day of the Date
       of the w.thin Indenture Then Receivd of & from
       the w.thin named Jacob Roberts the full sume
       of one hundred fifty & seven p.ds being in full for
       the Consideracon Money w.thin menconed to be p.d to
       me for the purchase of the premisses I say receivd
       by mee
