                   On the back of the aforegoing deed
                   was thus endorst Viz.t

       Sealed & Delivered being first Duly Stamped
       in the Presence of

                            Memorandum that on the twenty
       fourth day of March Anno Dom 1718  Then came
       before me whose name Is hereunto subscribed
       one of his Lpps Justices of the Provincial
       Court Nath.l Dare & Did acknowledge by Vertue
       of a Power of attorney by the w.thin named John
       Caswell to him legally executed for that ppose
       the w.thin Written Indenture to be the Act & Deed
       of the said John Caswell & the tract or parcell
       of Land therein Menconed to be Bargained &
       Sold to the w.thin named Jacob Roberts his heirs
       and assignes for ever according to the purport
       true intent & meening of the w.thin Written  
       Indenture Wittness my hand the day & year
