       Premisses above mentioned with the appurtenances unto the
       said William Beckett to hold to him his exe.rs admin.rs or assigns and
       Dureing all the rest and residue of the said term of one thousand
       years above granted which shall be then to come and unexpired as
       by the said William Beckett his exe.rs admi.rs or assigns or his or their
       Councell learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised or advised
       and required and lastly It is Covenanted granted concluded and agreed
       by and between the said parties to these presents and the true
       meaning hereof also is and It is hereby so Declared that untill
       Default in the performance of the proviso or condition herein containd
       he the said Rich.d Tootell his heirs and assigns shall and may hold
       and enjoy all and singular the said p.rmisses above mentioned and
       receive and take the rents Issues and profitts thereof to his and their
       own proper use and benifitt any thing herein contained to the contr^a^ry
       thereof in any wise Notwithstanding In Wittness whereof the
       said parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably sett
       their hands and seals the day and year first within written

       one thousand seven hundred and twenty one came into open court
       the within and above named Richard Tootell and did then and their
       before the worshipfull Robert Gouldesbrough and his associates
       Justices of y.e s.d county juditially sitting acknowledged the within
       & above Mentioned deed and the lands and premisses theirin
       contained unto the above named William Beckett his heirs and assigns
       for ever you are therefor hereby required to enroll y.e within & above
       deed of saile together with the indorsment thereon amongst your
       county records according to act of assembly &      In Testimoney where
10½ s.ds   I have hereunto sett my hand and affixed the
                      seall of Talbot County the day and year above written
