328 Whatsoever either ordinary or Extraordinary that then and from thence forth these presents and every thing therein containd shall cease determine and be void any thing herein contained to the contrary Notwithstanding and the s.d Richard Tootell for himself his heirs and assigns doth Covenant & Grant to and with the said William Beckett his execu.rs adminis.rs and assigns that he the said Richard Tootell his heirs or assigns shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William Beckett his exe.rs adm.rs and assigns the said full sum of one pound four shillings in and upon the said tenth day of Nov.r next coming and also the said further full sum of forty pounds in and upon the said tenth day of March next coming without any deduction as aforesaid according to the true intent and meaning of these presents and also that he the said William Beckett his ex.rs admi.rs & assigns shall and may at all times after Default shall be made in performance of the proviso or condition herein contained peaceably and quietly enter into have hold occupy posses and enjoy all and singular the said Lott and Premisses and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances for and Dureing the remainder of the said term of one thousand years hereby granted which shall be then to come and unexpired without the Lett trouble hinderance molestation Interruption and Denial of him the said Richard Tootell his heirs & assigns and of all and every other person and persons whatsoever and further that he the said Richard Tootell and his heirs and all and every other person and persons and his and their heirs any thing haveing or claiming in the said Lott and premisses above mentioned or any part thereof shall and will at any time or times after Defaultt shall be made in performance of the proviso or condition herein contained make doe and execute or cause to be or procure to be made done or executed all and every such further and other Lawfull and reasonable grants acts and assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more perfecting granting and assureing of the said Lott and premisses |
