324 x.d This Indenture made this seventh day of October Anno Domi seventeen hundred and twenty one Between Samuel Thomas of Ann Arundell County of the one part and William Richardson of the same county of the other Part Wittnesseth That the said Samuel Thomas standing seized of a Tract of Land called Thomas's Purchase for and in consideration of Twenty Acres of Land part of a Tract called Richardsons discovery covenanted to be made over and confirmed unto Phillip Thomas son of the said Samuel Thom by the aforesaid William Richardson and for other good causes and considerations Hath granted Sold Aliened Confirmed and made over and by these presents doth grant sell alien confirm and make over unto the said William Richardson Twenty Acres of Land being part of the aforesaid Tract called Thomas's Purchase and lying in Ann Arundell County Begining at a Bounded oak being the third bounded Tree of the said Land and running thence East with the Line of the said Land to the North line of Ann Arundell Mannor thence with the said line untill a streight Line drawn from the aforesaid oak to intersect the said Mannor line shall include Twenty Acres of Land Together with all timber houses buildings and improvements to the said twenty twenty acres belonging or in any wise appurtaining To have and to hold the said twenty Acres of Land |
