323 In Maryland aforesaid all and Singular such sum and sums money Debts Good Wares Marchandize Tobaccos Effects Estate and things whatsoever as are due (or shall become due) oweing belonging and appertaining unto the said constituant either by bill bond bookes accounts bills or bills of exchange consignement or consignm.ts of goods or other ways howsoever for what cause or reason soever the same may be nothing excepted nor reserved with all cost damages and interests and upon recovery and receipt to Make and pass due and sufficient acquitance and Discharge et liter in amplissima forma contestavi cum facultace substituendi and generally to do say trans act and accomplish all and whatsoever the constituant himself might or coud do if personally present he hereby promiseing to ratifie and confirm for valied what his said attorney or his Substitutes shall lawfully doe or cause to be done in and touching the premises by virtue hereof Thus Done and Passed in London the day and year aforesaid Heneage Robinson (s) Sealed and Delivered in the prence of us sig John O Osment In testimonium Veritatis Thomas Addison David Greenhill Jun.r (seal) Rob.tus Torrens Not.rius Pub.cus 1709 Enrold the 28.th day of Octob.r 1721 |
