       Land Premisses and appurtenances and every Part
       thereof with the revercon or revercons Remainder or
       Remainders to him the said William Richardson his
       heirs and assignes for ever To be held of the Cheif L.d
       of the Fee or Fees thereof by the Rents and Services
       thereof due and of right accustomed so that Neither
       he the said Samuel Thomas nor his heirs nor any
       Other Person or persons from him or them or in his
       or their name or names shall or will by any ways or
       means hereafter have claime challenge or demand
       any estate right title or interest of in or to the
       premisses or any part thereof But from all and
       every estate right title or interest they and every
       of them are and shall be utterly barred & excluded
       forever by these presents and the said Samuel
       Thomas for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs doth
       covenant and agree to and w.th the said William
       Richardson his heirs and assignes that he the said
       Samuel Thomas his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs shall and
       will at any time hereafter when reasonably requested
       (so it be at the proper cost and charges of him the
       said William Richardson his heirs or assignes)
       make do execute and suffer all such further acts
       things Devises and assurances according to the intent
       and meaning of this indenture for the better and
       more sure makeing of the aforesaid Land to the said
       William Richardson his heirs and assignes as by
