       Land lying in Ceecill County called Fortolls containing eight
       Hundred acres and also an other tract of Land Lying Together
       with all and singular the Rights Members & Appurtenances to
       all and every the s.d Tracts of Land belonging or appertaineing
       To Have and to Hold the said bargained Lands & P.rmisses unto them
       the said Charles & Daniell their heirs and assignes a moity to each
       severally for ever to & for y.e only proper use & behofe of them the said
       Charles & Daniel their heirs & assignes for ever And to noe other
       use intent or meaning whatsoever And the s.d William Doth hereby
       for him selfe & his heirs Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to
       & with them the said Charles & Daniel their heirs & assignes that all & every of
       y.e s.d bargained Lands & P.rmises & other the appertenances are at the
       Time of y.e Insealing & Delivery of these P.rsents clear & free as well of & from
       all former surveys as of and from all manner of other incumbrances
       whatsoever save only the Quitt rents Hereafter to grow due to y.e Lord
       Propry for the time being And further y.e said William Doth for him
       selfe his heirs Execu.rs & Adm.rs covenant Promise & Agree to & with the
       Said Charles & Daniel them & each of them their & each of their heirs
       & assignes that he the said William att the time of the ensealing of these
       P.rsents is seized of & in the Lands & P.rmises afs.d And every of them of an
       Indefeazible Estate of Inhertence in fe Simple and that the said Lands
       & P.rmises & every of them shall & will for ever Hereafter Warrant
       & Defend against all manner of Claimes or Titles whatsoever unto them
       the s.d Charles & Daniell their heirs & assignes for ever Provided
       Allways that it is the true intent & meaning of thes P.rsents that if the
       said William Fitz Redmond his heirs Exec.rs & Adm.rs shall at or before
       the fourth Day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord God one Thousand
       seven Hundred & Twenty three pay or cause to be paid unto them the s.d
       Charles & Daniel Carroll their Exec.rs Adm.rs or assignes as executors
       as aforesaid the aforesaid sums of three hundred and forty pounds
