(314) seaventeen shill.s & ninpence sterling partly & part currant as above is expressed with Lawfull Interest thereof & the interest aforesaid at or upon the Twenty fourth Day of March yearly pay unto the said Charles as Exec.rs as afore said that Then this Deed & all clauses & covenants therein contained shall be Utterly void & of noe effect otherwise & upon failure of due payment of y.e Interest & Principall as afore said then to Remaine Absolute in full force & Vertue In Wittness Whereof the said Partys have hereunto interchangeably sett their hands & affixed their seals the Day and yeare above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered in William Fitz Redmond presents of James Carroll (seal) Dan.l Carroll on the back of the aforegoing Instrumentus as thus endorst Maryland fs To Doctor Charles Carrol of the City of Annapolis Greeting These are to impower request & authorize you for me & in my name to acknowledge the within Deed according to an Act of Assembly of this Province in such cases made & Provided & for your soe doeing this shall be your warrant Given unde my hand and seal this 24.th day of March 1720 July the 6.th 1721 Then Came the within named Will.m Fitz Redmond and accknowledged the within Deed to y.e uses within Menconed according to act of assembly in such case made and Provided before me William Lock 9 Sides |
