       consideration of the sumes of one hundred Eighty eight pounds Seven
       shill.s and one penny cur & one hundred fifty two pounds ten shill.s
       & Eight pence sterling mony to him in hand paid at & before the Inseleing
       & delivery of these presents by the said Charles the father as
       in & by a Deed executed by the said William to the said Charles
       dated the fourth of Aprill ano Dom One Thousand seaven hundred
       & nineteen for the Land hereafter Expresed & now delivered up to the s.d
       William haveing not been Recorded within the time prescribed by
       Law the receipt of which consideration he doth hereby acknowledge
       and thereof doth fully discharge them the said Charles & Daniel
       their exec.rs and adm.rs Hath given Granted bargained sold
       aliend enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents for him and
       his heirs Doth give grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe confirme
       & make over unto them the s.d Charles & Daniel all that tract of
       Land called Durrow containing three hundred and fifty acres
       Lying in Ceecill County Also an other tract of Land Lying in
       Baltemore County containing one Thousand acres called Barleduke
       Also an other tract of Land lying in Ceecill County
       Conte.a fifty acres called Deerhill Also an other tract of Land
       lying in the said Ceecill County cont.a two hundred acres called
       Killavilly Also an other Tract of Land lying in s.d Ceecill
       County conte.a Nineteen Hundred acres called Derrykeell Also
       an other tract of Land lying in Prince Georges County containing
       two Thousand and Sixty acres called Chowin Couse Also another
       Tract of Land lying in the s.d Prince Georges County containing
       three hundred acres called Ballydusse Also an other tract of
