311 one silver sixpenny piece unto him the said Charles Provided allways & it is the true intent & meaneing of these presents that if the s.d severall sumes of one hundred forty four pounds five shillings & two pence sterl mony & one hundred Eighty Eight pounds Eigh shillings & seven pence Cur.t mony shall according to the time mentioned in the Proviso Annexed to the said Deed with Legall interest thereon accrueing be well & Truely paid then this bill of sale as well as the said Deed shall be utterly void & of no effect But in case of failure of due payment according to time then to remaine absolute & in full force and vertue In testimony whereof the s.d William hath Hereunto sett his hand and seale this fourth day of Aprill one Thousand seven Hundred and Nineteen Signed Sealed and deld in presence of W.m Fit Redmond Nathaniell Wright Dan.ll Carroll On the Back of the Afore Going Mortage was thus written The Deed to which the within bill of sale expresseth to have referrence haveing been omitted to be Accknowledged and Recorded according to Act of Assembly the same hath been utterly canc^e^lled and Taken in and a new one past to the same purpose this 24.th day of of March 1720 by me Tests James Carroll W.m Fit Redmond This Indenture made the twenty fourth Day of March in the yeare of our Lord God One Thousand Seven Hundred & Twenty Between William Fitz Redmond of Prince Georges County Gent of the one part and Charles Carroll & Daniell Carroll sons & exec.rs of Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Esq deced of the other part Wittnesseth that the said William Fitz Redmond for and in (cosideration) |
